feedback@root-mates.com - questions, bugs, account problems, reports, anything. It is monitored by Tamir Tzion Heyman, the operator of Rootmates. Our target is to act on a report within 24 hours.

Report content or a person

You do not have to email us to report something - every piece of content another person can see has a report action on it:

• A message or a photo in squad chat: long-press it, then choose Report.
• A comment on someone's habit: long-press it on their page, then choose Report.
• A person: open your squadmate's page and choose Report or Block.

You do not have to be the person the content is about to report it, and we do not tell the other person who reported them. Blocking takes effect the moment you tap it. If you cannot reach the in-app action for any reason, email feedback@root-mates.com instead.

Urgent safety

A report that touches child safety or a credible threat is escalated immediately, ahead of everything else in the queue. If you are emailing one, write "Urgent safety" in the subject line so it is picked up out of order. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Delete your account

Three ways to do it, none of which need our permission - delete your account.
